A more desing influenced lrather where the semi aniline hide is lightly buffed and then dyed through before undergoing a finishing process which involves the application of a combination of oils and waxes. The final result is a subtle blend of shading which adds depth to the effect of the colour. The whole purpose of this kind of finish is that the item will show wear and distress marks as the waxes redistribute under use. The leather also possesses a “pull -up” effect as the lighter under shade is exposed when stretched
